Scholarship Benefit Dance featuring Robby Vee & his Rock n ‘Roll Caravan on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at the Virginia Elks Club from 7:30-11:30 p.m.? We are raising funds for law enforcement scholarships given in memory of John Kauppinen, a 20-year veteran of the Virginia Police Department and a law enforcement instructor for 13 years at the Hibbing Community College. John made a difference in the world of education.
