With this freezing cold weather, I thought this drink sounded so warm
and cozy. It looks pretty, too! At this time of year there is nothing better than snugglin up with a cup of hot chocolate, especially with a little holiday cheer (if you know what I mean). Enjoy!

Brrr Frickin’ Brrrr
It’s the time of year when winter really starts to drag on and on. As another cold snap freezes the Iron Range, chapped lips, cracked hands and dry throats stir feelings of anger and bitterness.
Is there a bright side? I say YES. The countdown has begun: we’re past the middle of February which means only about a month or so of true winter. Until then, try sipping this “Hot Toddy” while snuggling in a blanket or lounging in front of your fireplace and just keep thinking that spring is on its way.
Hot Toddy
Bring on Winter - We’re Ready!
1 oz. Brandy
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/4 Lemon
1 cup Boiling Water
1 Tea Bag
Coat the bottom of a mug with the honey. Add brandy and juice of lemon quarter. On the side, boil water and add tea bag to make hot tea. Pour steaming tea into honey/brandy/lemon combination.
